The mission of the Scituate Department of Human Services (SDHS) is to assist each and every person and family in need the town of Scituate through active community outreach, and by building strong community partnerships. To maintain the dignity and confidentiality of all who seek assistance through the department. To strengthen familes and bolster individuals through active,vibrant and innovative programs.
